Okay, I'm only posting this on DeviantArt and this site, cause no one would read it on fanfiction.net cause there are like 8 other fanfictions in this catagory, but whatever.
It's from the book "It" but you don't need to read it to understand the story. Also I've added my OC, because I can. So yeah, enjoy.
Summery Richie admits his love for one of his best friends, Bill, only to be rejected. But as time goes on Bill thinks he might be getting feelings for Richie too. Will he except these feelings, or will he be too afriad?
No Such Thing As Fairy Tale Love, Or Is There?
Richie "Trashmouth" Tozier sat on a tree branch swinging his feet.
'I should've known.' He mentally scolded himself. 'After eleven years of people telling me to shut my trap, I should've know.'
He thought back to yesterday, of the mistake he made.
Flash back [[Yay, I love flash backs]]
Richie held onto Bill tightly. There sobs had died down. Right now they didn't care if anyone saw them. They had barely escaped the house on Neibolt Street with their lives.
"Bill, if I tell you something would you promise not to hate me," He said, still out of breath.
"Suh-suh-sure R-richie." He replied.
"I love you." Richie said. He shut his eyes tightly.
"I-i love ya-ya-you too, m-man."
"No Bill, you don't get it," He pulled back to look at him. "I don't love you as a friend. I love you as..." He trailed off, blushing, but Bill got the idea.
"I-I got to g-g-go." Bill stood up awkwardly and rode away on his bike, leaving Richie to cry by himself.
Later on Bill had called him and explained to Richie that he was really flatured that Richie liked him, but he wasn't gay. He was willing to put the whole incident behind them and just be friends.
Richie pretended to be completely fine with it, when inside he was hurt.
End Flash Back
And now Richie was sitting alone in a tree, angry at himself for being so stupid.
"DAMN IT" He yelling into the Barrens, causeing some frighten birds to fly away. He slid off the branch and kicked the tree angerly, only to hurt his foot.
''It's not nice to hurt trees, Richie," He heard a fimilar voice say.
"And you'd be the only one who cares." He grumbled.
The girl sighed. "What did the tree do to you?"
"Is there something you need Sandy?" [[That's my OC, and she's not the girl Richie meets later on in life if you've read the book and were wondering]]
"Well, my brother ran off with his stupid friends and I was bored." She explained, folding her hands behind her back.
"Is that a fact?"
"Completly." She replied, smiling. "Now are you going to tell me what's wrong, or do I have to torcher it out of you?" He asked.
Richie laughed. "Like you could torcher me with out your brother around to help."
"Victor is good at physical torcher. I'm more brains then brawns." She snached Richie's glasses of his face. "But I have my ways."
She ran behind the tree.
"Hey give those back," He said, chasing her blindly around the tree.
"You know what I want to hear." She giggled.
Richie followed her as she ran away, only to collide with a tree in his blind efforts.
"Never." He said, still moderatly dazed.
She placed the glasses on her own face.
"Woh, how do you see out of these things?" She asked.
"Well as you can tell I can't see so hot with out them." He felt around for her. He grabbed her around the waist and lifted her up. "Now give me back my glasses."
"And if I don't?"
"Well then I might be forced to feed you to the paranas[[sp?]]"
"Buh-beep-beep R-richie." Some one new said.
"Bill tell him to put me down." Sandy whined.
If Sandy didn't have Richie's glasses, or if Richie did, then they'd be able to see a look, of what some might concider jelously, on Bill's face. He didn't know why he felt this way. It was something about the way Richie was holding Sandy. He knew there was no way in hell he would ever like her, or even if he did he would be a dead man to do anything other then admire from afar, since technicly Sandy wasn't even supposed to talking to them.
"Tell her to give me back my glasses." Richie said.
"Sandy." Bill said stearnly.
"He started it. He would tell me what was making him all grumpy." She replied.
"I was not grumpy." He argued, placing Sandy on the ground to put his hands on his hips. Sandy took the glasses of and put them on Richie's pouting face.
Things were really akward for a few minutes. Richie and Bill just seemed to stare at each other, but never looking into each others eyes.
"Did I miss something?" Sandy asked, looking at both of them.
"No." Richie snapped.
"Yes." Bill answered at the same time.
"Yes."
"No." They both corrected.
"Ookaay then. Wanna go get an icecream soda?" She asked, hoping to lighten things up.
Both boys smiled in agreement and they headed off to the drug store.

[[Okay I know it kind of sucks so far, but hey it's like 3:34 am. I promise that if you like this chapter that the next one will be much better.]]
